The challenge

Our challenge was to:

  • Devise a strategic plan to give Hunkemöller a more powerful voice to influence its employees, opinion formers, business partners and the press

 

What we did

  • Created and developed an online presence for Philip Mountford, the CEO, via Twitter
  • Coached on content and message best practice
  • Built up a following to critical mass

 

The result

  • The Hunkemöller CEO’s Klout score (online influence rating) is now higher than that of Tesco’s CEO
  • The CEO uses Twitter directly to share success and recognise those who go beyond their day job
  • The Twitter timeline also acts as a real-time newsfeed for retail and related insights
