The challenge

We were delighted to accept IAT’s invitation to become a business partner through 2014. This Shoreditch-based group of business strategists and digital technologists thrive on creating competitive consumer-focused products. Many of their solutions are aimed at r/etailers: epoints, a new and groundbreaking loyalty scheme, is one example from its portfolio of products. Our challenge was to:

  • Provide IAT’s leadership team with retail sector expertise and insight to help drive product development and communication


What we did

  • Developed a retail mindset in their team
  • Kickstarted and trained teams on trade planning and the various retail events calendars
  • Provided retail-focused print and digital-design expertise
  • Created cross-channel campaigns to drive membership, conversion and advocacy
