Hunkemöller – Brand strategy


The challenge

Our challenge was to:

  • Inform and inspire staff about the changing nature of communications and the ways it will affect how their customers interact with the brand and shop


What we did

  • Identified the key digital developments that mattered to Hunkemöller
  • Created a storyboard that sets a vision of retail in 2013 and beyond
  • Co-ordinated a video production to make the complex simple


The result

  • Staff understand how new ways of communication will affect them and the opportunities they present
  • Video was shared with a wider audience of the head office team, partners and investors
