IAT develop innovative customer-focused solutions for retailers. They challenged us to find an engaging way of explaining the concept of their epoints rewards currency to consumers and brands for launch.
epoints is a loyalty app that rewards consumers for shopping on the high street and online.
What we did
We created a short showreel (1.30) demonstrating the concept in a fun and engaging way for use on IAT’s websites. We wrote the storyboard and created original graphics, selected the music, wrote the script, recorded the voiceover and created the showreel.
The showreel communicates how to earn epoints and what the rewards and additional benefits are. It examines the personalisation aspect, in a simple but humorous manner, using a chatty voiceover, energetic music and with some quirky movement in the graphics to add additional interest.
The showreel was used as part of the launch roll-out with national retailers to explain the concept to store staff, as well as on the IAT customer-facing websites.
