The challenge

The Moss Bros Group’s range of own brands were tired and lacked the authority of external brands. Our challenge was to:

  • Revitalise the brands

 

What we did

  • Developed a brand map to identify a role and customer profile/mind-set for each sub-brand
  • Created a brand personality and expression guide, including customer lifestyles, attitudes, comparable brands, competitors, tone of voice and product design

 

The result

  • Five sub brands behaving as true brands, with third party distribution potential and higher margin earrings
