The challenge

The return rate for bras purchased online was higher than it should have been. Our challenge was to:

  • Reduce the rate of returns

 

What we did

  • Understood the reasons behind returns and the help that customers needed when choosing a bra and its size
  • Created an inspirational, easy-to-understand customer video that addressed key customer needs
  • Located the video in a high-profile area of the online experience and shared it continually on social media platforms

 

The result

  • Customers understand what key points to look for when choosing a perfect-fitting bra
  • Video is also used in staff training
  • Return rates reduced by 23%
